Job description:

Fully grasp the information and procedures of the project to make a construction plan
Manage and implementing construction on schedule, ensuring work quality and labor safety
Directly responsible for the quality, progress, records, and papers
Inspect, supervise, and manage personnel, materials and works
Report fully and promptly on the progress of implementation and arising during the construction process
Structure chart of construction site activities, detailed assignment of tasks, optimal staffing at the construction site.
Manage internal resources of the construction site (Finance, human resources, materials, and equipment...).
Plan and set up a reporting system at the construction site.
Systematization of records stored at the construction site.
Meeting with investors, supervision consultants and project stakeholders
Meeting the direct construction teams and technical staff to immediately solve problems on the construction site when they arise.
Check and sign the payment volume of workers and payment volume with the investor.
Discuss special construction methods or payment policy with field technicians and payment officers
Understand the content of work and terms related to the contract and the investor as well as the sub-contractor. At the same time, it must understand the design and technical requirements of the invested project through which a solution is required. make adjustments and solve the problem in a reasonable way.
Implement and inspect the preparation of as-built documents, complete the work of completing the documents and check and hand over the works. Keep confidential documents for the records of the construction works. Evaluate the results of employees and report in accordance with regulations. Authorize other staff in their absence. After the project is completed, it must evaluate the effectiveness and learn from project construction experience for the following projects. Conduct training for junior staff.
If violations of design documents, construction methods and technical - quality - safety standards are detected, then warn or suspend the construction process to find out the cause and coordinate with the handling parties. Quality assurance and schedule..
Coordinate with related parties to organize the acceptance of completed items, check and take over the whole work (with the main contractor, sub-contractors).
Act as the focal point to solve problems arising in actual construction on the construction site.
Prepare/check payment documents with investor/main contractor, subcontractor, supplier, construction team.
Liaise with the investor, supervision consultant to make & sign the acceptance minutes, the minutes of volume generation, the completion of construction documents, the acceptance test and finalization of the works.
Periodically, make work reports as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirement:

Qualification: Graduated from University/College majoring in engineering: Electrical, Industrial Electrical, Refrigeration, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT...
Age: From 25 years old

Skills and knowledge:

Knowledge of technical standards of materials and equipment M&E – construction works.
Proficient in construction skills, drawing skills and reading construction design drawings.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, office informatics...
Ability to monitor, coordinate, and synthesize information well
Ability to organize, manage and direct the activities of the construction site. Ability to manage quality engineering, economic management, and human resource management in performing construction activities.
Ability to work in groups and independently
Honest, honest, careful, hard-working, precise, inquisitive.
Ability to withstand high pressure, sense of self-discipline, sense of responsibility, creativity and enthusiasm at work.

Experience in a similar position

03 years working in construction supervision and monitoring. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in directing the construction of civil works from grade II or higher.

Salary: 15 - 25 million / month
